Awesome

Its really good but it would be better if you can check in multiple times in one day

good

this is really helpful for me to get up and do things but itd be better if it had a notification reminder because i tend to forget since Im too lazy to do anything.

Love the app

Love the app, wish it was a bit more customizable and allowed you to save answers to coping mechanisms to look back at as well as having a todo list without a time limit. Other than that its been a nice way to help get me motivated on my bad days.

Love it but

I wish there was a bit more in it. Like allow more goals in a day if you feel up to it and make a few more buddies. This app helps me a lot especially with remembering my meds and to take care of myself. I have bipolar, anxiety, depression, odd, and cptsd and even with all that, this is very helpful

I love it!Cute + very helpful!

I have to say that this is one of my favorite apps.It helps me get through my day and makes me feel safe.Thank you so much for creating this :) For the future, maybe add some games in the next update?I would love that!!Again, thank you very much :)

Great source of motivation but could be improved

This app has been incredibly helpful for dealing with my mental illness and the complications that come along with it. Compassionate and positive reinforcement and support really goes a long way, but having a detailed organizational tool to keep track of medication/substance use/moods is really what helps me out the most, especially when talking to mental healthcare providers. I can simply open the app and give them a visual overview of how Ive been, and it helps put my own moods into perspective and give me an idea about how things are going. However, there are a few things I would suggest changing or at the very least improving. I usually use the app early in the morning before work and have only a small window of time to use it. Whenever I open the daily quests tab on a particularly difficult day and am immediately faced with a really involved and elaborate task, I find myself getting easily overwhelmed or even discouraged. There are even times when I can only complete half the quest and feel guilty about it. The app may benefit from having different "levels" of quests presented in order - quest #1 of the day can be something simple and basic related to self-care, quest #2 could be a little more involved, and quest #3 could be a completely active task to complete when youre feeling more awake and prepared. The ability to temporarily "pass" and come back to the quest later would also come in handy rather than just being locked into it until you complete or dismiss it. There are some quests I would love to do but dont have time for on the way to work and would much rather have an option to come back to it on my lunchbreak rather than having to hit "I cant do this now" and losing the opportunity for the day. It might also be nice to provide more symptom options. I experience extreme emotions and would definitely utilize a coping mechanisms category for things beyond when my mood is just "too high". Overall the app has been incredibly helpful and Rasko is a great pal - thanks for making such a useful and fun app for people who are struggling so much, youre really making a difference!

Very helpful

I am a person with pretty severe anxiety. This app has helped me so many times! I think its great that it doesnt guilt you for missing days/events because then I wouldnt be a able to stick with it. I also find the library VERY useful and "favorite" the most helpful coping methods for me. Great app, I would definitely recommend it.

AMAZING APP BUT...

the app is wonderful. it really helps me with getting over these slumps in my life where it get really hard to live but a few tweaks can always be made yknow? i really like the mechanic of waking up the character but it would be good to wake him up and put him to sleep you can say. because sometimes my mood changes throughout the day and i would want to log that down. also the characters are lovely but limited. a few more would be great with other colors maybe. also the laugh kinda makes me uneasy maybe a softer more flowy laugh would suit better for an app like this. thats all i can think of right now but thanks for this helpful tool!!!!!

good but room for improvement

love it. keeps me connected and has helped me get stuff like folding clothes done in 5 min via quests that id been meaning to do for days!! ideas: - enable check-in more than once a day - enable mood tracking, so you can choose from a set of positive/negative words and then work with coping strategies rather than only be able to engage coping strategies when youre not having a Good day - having coping strategies be more integrated in general - have the area to track meds/check-ins/events/etc be more central - i usually check in but then forget that part is even there and so forget to log meds/events/etc. this would be really nice. - since there are coping strategies and stuff already there, have an option to click "i need help (non-urgent/emergency)" and have it help you through. for example, "i need help getting a task done that i have been putting off," and then the app walks you through breaking it down into small steps/just doing 5 min/etc - have coping strategies assigned to various issues - for example, i have some preprogrammed and some self-entered coping strategies that would really help with sensory overload. but when im on the verge of overload, theyre hard to find and initiate myself. - if the app had a few buttons for "im feeling depressed" or "im feeling anxious" or "im experiencing sensory overload" that would then link to specific sets of coping strategies, that would be really helpful. - sometimes ill be having a "good" day but be fighting against the tide of sensory overload or be really overwhelmed later in the day - AFTER my check-in. it seems like the app has a lot of good strategies that would help IF i could access them more easily. thats it!! i love this app and thanks for making it!!

Good

Good for motivation and keeping tracks of your mood. Some tasks are just too overwheling though...

Simple and Cute

This little "game" is very uplifting and cute, keeps track of your mood, helps with your schedule, gives very good advices. Some tasks may seem very hard to accomplish but they get easier with time. This app respects your time, gives you space to grow and learn about your own limits and always reminds you that youre worth everything and more. Its simple and helpful. Helped me a lot and I hope it helps you too <3

A+

this is such a lovely app, and it actually helps.

This app can save lives

Everyone, who struggles with a mental illness, should get this app.

Truly helpful

I didnt expect too much from this, but Ive really come to love the app. Ive had it for a few weeks now, and its been helping immensely in tracking my mood. Im struggling with depression, and on some days I feel no motivation to do any exercises, but I think the tasks are adjusted depending on your mood. Its also helpful that you can set med reminders and monitor drug & alcohol use. I like the inspiring quotes my buddy gives me, that it uses gender-inclusive language, and can be dressed up in a funky way. This has really been helping me a lot, so thanks to the makers of the app!

Great app!!

This is really cute and helpful! But I miss a function where you can add tasks to repeat daily, not only medication. For example: I have to control my blood pressure daily and Id love to be able to set a reminder for that...

I love the coping statements feature :)

And, hats for my little buddy!

Super useful (and cute)

This is pretty cool - I find the avatars so cute!

A great help

This is just what I needed to proactively monitor my daughters health! Thank you so much!

Hats!

So many hats!! I love it!!

Helpful coping suggestions

The lists of different things to do if you are having problems is helpful and the encouraging things he says.
