Amazing but needs more

Love this app I find myself daily opening it to talk to my little buddy and wake him up. But you can only check in once a day which is bad for people like me with many mood changes throughout the day. But it is a very helpful app I hope to see more from it!

Love booster buddy so far but please add USA!!! I dont live in Canada

Booster buddy is great I love it. My only complaint so far is that I live in America not Canada.

Ive tried a few mental health apps and this is the best one I have found. Its been extremely helpful in reminding me to take my medication and to track how I feel. I just wish it was possible to change or track when your mood shifts during the day. I put off the daily check in so I can be as accurate as possible which makes it harder to get to the daily tasks. Outside of that I have no complaints.

Excellent resource for mental health

I got this app a little over a month ago and its been a great help for managing and coping with my mental illness (anxiety/depression). The fact that it keeps track of my day to day moods and whether or not Ive taken my medication has helped me step back and see my life in a greater picture, and accurately reflect on the past and plan for my future instead of living day by day. I highly recommend this for people who want to find healthy ways to manage their mental health. What little complaints I have are mostly nitpicks. For one the check in for daily moods is over simplified. The app has it on a scale of only four and the "crisis" mood is only for situations where you might harm yourself or others. Also it doesnt account for the fact that a great mood can easily change to a crisis mood in a single day. The design on the customizable animals is also kind of bad bad thats more of my personal opinion.

This app has shown me that Im wrong on those bad days when I think Im always miserable. And on those bad days I do more to take care of myself because of the quests. I think its strange an app could help but hey it works pretty well. I would like more accessories since I have 1000+ coins and other buddy options (characters/colors) but... Im grateful for it as it is. Thanks!! (btw, the mustaches look funny)

Some more questions that would be good to ask

thing tht the booster buddy should be asking that would improve the app: • have you cleaned yourself up today? • have you drank water? how much? • have you eaten anything? How healthy? • have you gotten any sunlight today? • How did you sleep? • Have you hallucinated/had a panic attack today? • Have you been manic and/or depressed in the past 24 hours?

Cute and very helpful

I just downloaded the app a few days ago and I really enjoy it! Its very light hearted but makes you feel secure, especially with the emergency plan!

More check in points.

I wish that you could set the check in points for different frequencies, like every 12 hours or every 6 hours. Also, that there could be more to do. Having an encouraging wallboard would be nice. Overall, very cute and nice.

This app is super adorable. I really like how you have tasks to do each day, though I wish there were more. I like the coping skills listed and I think it would be cool to see other peoples coping skills listed. I really feel that this app will help improve my mental health. I hope there are more awesome features in the future.

So helpful

Honestly getting my day started is the hardest thing for me, and this app has made it so much easier. It feels like a nonjudgmental expects me to accomplish small but creative tasks that in the end bring my energy and mood up. I was scared that I would just stop using it because it wouldnt help, but checking in has really changed my outlook on life. My mental health is no longer always stopping me from what I want to do.

Amazing app, needs work

Ive been using this app for about a week now and I find it extremely helpful; it keeps me motivated and focused throughout the day as I look forward to dress my buddy in new clothes. However, I would really love a feature that tracks mood throughout the day and allows you to be able to check whether or not youve used alcohol or drugs after youve already checked in. I think these additions would make the app near-perfect for my needs. Please update soon!

Great app!!

I love this app and it really helps me through the day. The one thing I wish was added was unlimited quests. Something where youd have the regular three quests to wake up your buddy but after theyre awake, the option to take on more quests. Not for trying to get more coins or xp but just to get you moving or doing something. Id appreciate it!!

Super helpful but...

I find this app super super helpful. The only down side is that it only checks in once a day. I feel like it would help more if it checked in every morning, noonish and evening since a persons mood changes throughout the day.

Cute

I think the app is very cute. But I wish that they would expand there information. There are different reasons for why someone might use this app. Most use it cause there depressed. I believe they should add info for people who are in the lgbtq community. The information given on the app is helpful, but those who belong in the lgbtq community need more info about there sexuality and themselves as well.

really helpful

Ive only been using this app for about a week or so but its been outstandingly helpful--tracks my mood, encourages me to get up and do the most simple tasks. the characters are adorable, and you can buy them little clothes. the app is fun, cute, and relaxing. the quests are simple and not too hard, but I always feel drastically better after doing them. I wake up excited to use the app--it encourages me to get up, even on my worst days.

Super helpful, but wish it was more specific

I love this app, especially the way it doesnt make you feel bad (or even mention) when you miss a day. Its honestly been a big help to me! The only issue is that I feel this is really kind of directed towards people with depression/anxiety only. While I have those too, and am always excited when I can do something for my anxiety, I also have hallucinations/delusions. I wish there was a way I could say "Im having a good day, but my hallucinations are active/Im having major delusions" but besides that this app is

Very helpful

Its great for me to use to track my good and bad days, and to see what days I ended up using drugs or alcohol so I know how spread out Im making it when possible. It would be nice if you could add your name and have an entire separate thing for a to-do list where I didnt have to set a time for it to be done because u can never plan for things well like that. But beyond that its great. Glad it doesnt guilt you or even mention days you miss or events/appointments you didnt complete because if it did I would end up crying over a virtual animal. I just wish I could transfer all my stuff through an account, I have the app on my iPad and its great. Been using it for a little over a month and a half now. But I got a new phone half way through that month and would like to download the app on my phone for more confidence. But I dont have the heart to delete my current version with all my statistics, calendar, and outfits and stuff. But I also dont think I can handle six tasks a day when I begin having low days you know. But other than that I love this app and its helped me so much

I love this app. It is both useful and cute. My only complaint is that if you miss a day you cant go back and fill it in. Sometimes I get home late and if I try to use the app after midnight, it is too late.
